BPC QUALITY OF LIFE CONCERNS

For quality-of-life concerns in Battery Park City, the BPC Ambassadors (Allied Universal Security) can be reached on a 24/7/365 basis by phone at (212) 945-SAFE/7233, by email (bpcallied@bpca.ny.gov), or in-person at the 200 Rector Place Command Center.

BPC Ambassadors patrol Battery Park City’s parks and public spaces by foot and on bicycle and regularly lend assistance to NYPD and other law enforcement agencies as appropriate. BPC Ambassadors with additional NYPD training are designated as Special Patrol Officers may issue summonses for certain violations of parks rules.
