RE: 2026 Board of Directors
Dear GTA Members,
As of 5:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2026, the close of the nomination period for the Gateway Tenants Association Board of Directors, a total of 14 nominations were received.
Pursuant to the GTA By-laws, which provide for up to 15 Directors, no election was required this year. Accordingly, all nominees have been duly confirmed as members of the Board of Directors.
The new Board consists of:

- Audrey Comisky
- Larry Emert
- Vittoria Fariello
- Maryann Feola
- Robin Forst
- Jeff Galloway
- Rosalie Joseph
- Mark Liebman
- Shannon McCue
- Mary Mooney
- Karlene Wiese
- Justin Yorio
The Board will convene on April 13 to elect its officers and Executive Committee.
We would like to thank all Gateway residents who participated in the Annual Meeting on March 4.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to those members who stepped forward to serve our community by seeking nomination to the Board.
